Webster City has three senior housing facilities:
- Crestview Manor is the oldest and was built in 1963 and expanded in 1974. It is an 84 bed nursing facility designed for individuals who are recovering, as well as individuals that are in need of long term care. They provide social services, dietary services and rehabilitation services.
- Southfield Wellness Community is an 88 bed independent and assisted living facility with 25 units available for independent/assisted living. It is also a Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing center. The facility provides a wide variety of social, spiritual, physical, mentally stimulating and entertainment activities that are designed to keep both the mind and body active.
- Windsor Manor is an assisted living community offering 36 one and two bedroom apartment units. Staff provides 24-hour a day assistance, three nutritious meals, housekeeping and laundry services. Social, recreational, religious and educational activities are also available for residents. Windsor Manner expanded in 2011, adding on a 42,000 square foot dementia care unit.
