We've Done Our Homework

In late summer/early fall of 2011, Webster City solicited proposals from construction companies interested in constructing a 12,000 square foot downtown office building on a lot owned by the City.  The building would be within walking distance of the City's main street shops, dining, and many local services.
Having gone through this process, we know the project is feasible and we have substantive information on both construction costs and timing for a project of this type.

Let's Get Started

We're ready to get started on your business expansion project today.  We'll work with you to ensure you're breaking ground this Spring.  What are you waiting for, contact us!
